About us
A Castro dining room for seafood, cocktails, brunch, and nights that linger.
We bring together seafood favorites, sushi, cocktails, brunch, and celebratory dinners at a landmark Market Street address in San Francisco.
The story
We feel best when the meal is easy, the room is lively, and no one is in a hurry to leave.
That can mean a long lunch on Friday, brunch over the weekend, seafood and cocktails at dinner, or a table of friends settling in for a night that turns into one more round. We have the kind of range that keeps us rooted in the neighborhood and memorable long after dinner.
Our menu moves between oysters, chowder, tartare, mussels, cioppino, lobster ravioli, salmon, steak, brunch classics, and cocktails with enough personality to make the bar part of the evening rather than an afterthought.
We are also a room with history. The storefront is a San Francisco landmark, and we carry that spirit forward with a seafood-and-sushi chapter on Market Street.
Seafood and sushi with range
We move from oysters, chowder, tartare, and mussels to lobster ravioli, cioppino, steak, brunch plates, and cocktails that can carry a table from the first round into dinner.
A room with occasion energy
People join us for a relaxed lunch, settle in for dinner and cocktails, and reserve for birthdays, date nights, and larger gatherings because we can do all of that without losing our warmth.
A real sense of place
On Market Street in the Castro, we carry a neighborhood identity shaped by the address, the block, and the energy of the room itself.
Our address
Market Street, the Castro, and a landmark building with real history.
We are at 2362 Market Street in the Castro District, and the location is more than a pin on a map. The neighborhood gives us a sense of energy and identity that comes through in the hospitality, the photography, and the room itself.
That sense of place is part of what makes us feel different. We are not just another restaurant anywhere in the city. We belong to a specific block, a specific neighborhood, and a specific kind of San Francisco evening.
